Richard Perrott

Richard Perrott is the COO & Co-Founder at ThreeFlow. Richard has over 18 years of experience in the employee benefits insurance industry. Richard was previously a Sr. Employee Benefits Representative at Sun Life Financial and a member at 1871. Richard has a deep understanding of the benefits industry and its challenges. This led him to cofound ThreeFlow, the first Benefits Placement System, which allows brokers and carriers to manage the entire placement process in one shared system.

Richard Perrott completed their undergraduate studies at Western Michigan University, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Business Marketing, and Economics.

Richard Perrott works with Cynthia Vasquez - Head of Marketing, Akins Van Horne - Head of Product, and Debra Senra - Head of Sales & Client Experience. Their manager is Ryan Sachtjen, CEO & Co-Founder.
