Owen Kemp

Owen Kemp has a long and varied work experience, beginning with their role as General Manager Sales&Marketing at Hewlett-Packard International Sales Europe, Middle East, Africa in 1997. Owen then moved to HP in 2001, where they held the roles of MD&VP HP CIS and VP&GM Financial Services Industry World-Wide. In 2009, they became the owner of newclouds, working as a management consultant and advising pre-IPO start-ups in the hi-tech space in Austria, US, Switzerland and the Middle East. In 2014, they took on a senior advisor role at the Austrian Business Agency, helping to identify and communicate with foreign companies interested in establishing an entity in Austria. In 2016, they became a Senior Advisor at chaynx.ru, and in 2017, they co-founded ThreeFold Foundation, building a new, green, neutral internet available to everyone, everywhere. Owen also became the Founder of ThreeFold Tech, and the Chairman of the Board at https://mse-group.eu/. Finally, in 2017, they became a Senior Advisor at Motive Partners.

Owen Kemp received their engineer degree in communications engineering from the Higher Technical College for Telecommunications Engineering. In 2007, they went on to receive a Dr.h.c. in Printing Arts from Moscow State University of Printing Arts (MGUP).
