Adam Gromfin

Adam Gromfin is currently serving as the President, Chief Legal Officer, and EVP of M&A and Strategic Partnerships at MerchSource since May 2008. Prior to this, Adam was the Chief Legal Officer at ThreeSixty Group Ltd. starting in October 2011. Adam also worked as a Senior Associate at Heller Ehrman LLP from October 2003 to May 2008. Adam holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. in Rhetoric and Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
