Cindy Mason

Cindy Mason is an accomplished packaging engineer with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as a Structural Package Engineer at MerchSource since January 2022, Cindy has previously held the position of Senior Packaging Engineer at Spin Master from October 2018 to January 2022. Notably, during a 20-year tenure at Mattel, Inc., from June 1998 to August 2018, Cindy designed and implemented structural packaging for Mattel Games, ensuring alignment with fiscal and strategic goals. Earlier experiences include roles at Allergan, where Cindy managed packaging for ophthalmic and skincare products, McGaw, focusing on packaging for medical solutions, and Hybritech Incorporated, where Cindy worked on packaging for diagnostic testing products. Cindy holds a degree from San Diego State University.
