Shirley Luo

Shirley Luo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product compliance and safety. Currently serving as the Director of Product Compliance and Safety at MerchSource since May 2022, Shirley is responsible for coordinating the company's product compliance processes and collaborating with various stakeholders to implement a global safety and regulatory compliance program. Previously, Shirley held key positions at Intertek, including Director of Business Development, where strategic solutions were delivered to mitigate supply chain risks. Shirley also worked at UL as a Strategic Account Manager and served in multiple roles at Intertek over nearly two decades, focusing on business development, quality management, and safety testing. Shirley's career began as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Languang Electronic Group Co., Ltd, following a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Hefei University of Technology.
