William Colgrove

Founder at Threespot

William co-founded Threespot, where over the past two decades he has developed and repositioned brands through the power of words and pictures. He often serves as a creative director or designer on client projects, having led major redesigns for the likes of ACLU, Planned Parenthood, and others.

William graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 1992 with a BFA in graphic design and an MFA in electronic media design. He began his career developing CD-ROMs and websites for clients like Kellogg’s, Matchbox, and Mercedes Benz. Losing his mentor at a relatively early age altered the course of how he wanted to use his talent and time; hence, in 1999, Threespot was born.
