Bert de Marrez

Bert De Marrez is an experienced consultant and IT professional currently serving as a Consultant for Threon, where expertise in Agile projects, programs, and portfolio management is applied. Bert also holds the position of IT Service Delivery Manager and Agile/Lean Coach at Hasselt University, focusing on IT transformation and management of DevOps teams. Prior experience includes a management traineeship at ORMIT Belgium, where Bert worked with Belfius Insurance as a Functional Analyst on a digital transformation initiative, as well as a role as a QA Engineer at OneSpan specializing in banking SaaS platforms. Bert holds two Master's degrees from KU Leuven, in Policy Economics and Bioscience Engineering.
