We're a youth development social enterprise built to bridge the gap between what young people are taught and what they actually need to navigate modern life. Threshold exists because 76% of Gen Z report anxiety about their financial future, yet traditional careers advice doesn't address the real questions they're asking: Should I buy a house or start a business? How do I negotiate my first salary? Can I make a living from my creative passion?

We connect Gen Z and Alpha with professionals, entrepreneurs, and creatives through face-to-face workshops and networking events that deliver honest conversations—not polished corporate presentations. We're here to democratize access to the professional networks and practical guidance that too often stay locked behind privilege.
