Lina Pérez is a Co-Founder & Chief Experience Officer at threshold.world. Before that, Lina worked at Accenture as the Global Inclusion and Diversity Center of Excellence. Prior to that, Lina was the Interim Executive Director & Fundraising Chair at The Jane Stern Dorado Community Library. Lina also founded zazii and served as the CEO. In their earlier career, Lina was the US Local Office Diversity Lead at Accenture. Lina holds a Master of Science in Nonprofit Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania, a B.S. with a Management Concentration in International Business from Villanova University, and studied at Maastricht University and Academia San Jose.
