Larry Sledge is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in managing financial operations and strategic planning across various industries. As the Managing Partner at TriFidelity Group, LLC since June 2014, Larry leads outsourced CFO services specializing in Private Equity, Venture Capital financing, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Business Planning. Prior roles include Chief Operating Officer at Murray-Bertron, overseeing operational and financial aspects of a private equity firm, and Chief Financial Officer at both Skyway Software and IPAXS, where responsibilities encompassed financial, accounting, and administrative functions. Larry's career began at Intermedia Communications, where significant contributions were made during a pivotal growth phase. Educationally, Larry holds an MBA in Finance from the University of South Florida and a BA in History from Davidson College.
