Dale Rozek

Dale Rozek is a seasoned professional in total rewards strategy and administration, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Total Rewards at Thresholds since September 2020. In this role, Dale is responsible for developing and implementing total rewards programs to attract and retain high-performing talent, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and organizational policies. Prior to Thresholds, Dale held leadership positions at Lundbeck, where responsibilities included overseeing compensation, benefits, and HR operations from January 2013 to February 2020, and served as a Principal Consultant at Dale Rozek Consulting. Dale also held key roles at Cardinal Health, C.F. Industries, and Allstate, demonstrating extensive expertise in compensation management and HR operations throughout a career spanning over three decades. Dale holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a statistics concentration from DePaul University.
