Deb Chrapkiewicz

Deb Chrapkiewicz is an experienced Community Support Specialist at Thresholds since August 2013, focusing on mental health rehabilitation interventions to aid individuals with mental illnesses in achieving their recovery goals. Previously, Deb completed an addictions counseling internship at Centegra Health Systems and worked in various roles at Home of the Sparrow, Inc., including Administrative Assistant to the CEO and Transitional Apartment Program Case Manager, where responsibilities included managing operations, case management services, and resident support. Early career roles include a Teacher's Assistant at Agape School for Girls and an internship at Hazelden Foundation. Deb holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Services from Judson University, a Master's degree in Addiction Counseling from Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School, and has completed an Addiction Certification Program at Aurora University.
