Elizabeth Davisson

Community Support Specialist

Elizabeth Davisson is an experienced educator and community support specialist with a background in special education and social work. Elizabeth served as a Special Education Teacher at Gresham-Barlow School District 10J from June 2022 to June 2023 and previously held a similar position at Federal Way Public Schools from July 2020 to June 2021. Elizabeth's teaching experience includes a role as a Student Teacher Intern at Seattle Public Schools and participation in The Fulbright Program as an English Teaching Assistant from August 2021 to June 2022. In addition to teaching, Elizabeth has engaged in various internships, including positions at El Arca Argentina, Welcome Home Outreach Ministries, and GirlForward. Currently, Elizabeth works as a Community Support Specialist at Thresholds and as a Research Assistant at The Refugee Wellness Lab at the University of Chicago, where Elizabeth is also pursuing a Master of Social Work. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Special Education from Seattle Pacific University.
