Heather O'Donnell serves as the Senior Vice President of Public Policy at Thresholds since June 2012, bringing extensive experience in health care reform and policy advocacy. Prior roles include Director of Planning for Health Care Reform at CJE SeniorLife and Policy Director for Health Care & Human Services at The Center for Tax and Budget Accountability. O'Donnell’s background also features positions in financial literacy advocacy and human rights research. O'Donnell's legal expertise is underscored by time as an Associate Attorney at D'Ancona & Pflaum and Holleb & Coff, as well as a Mergers and Acquisitions Manager at KPMG US. O'Donnell holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from South Texas College of Law Houston and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Texas A&M University.
