Jermaine Harris is an accomplished law enforcement professional with over two decades of experience at the Chicago Police Department, currently serving as a District Field Lieutenant. In this role, Harris monitors crime trends and coordinates field activities to address public safety issues. Harris has held various leadership positions, including Lieutenant of Police and Sergeant, focusing on community-oriented strategies to reduce crime and prevent violence in underserved areas. As a co-founder and Advisory Board Chair of the Community Leadership Fellows, as well as serving on multiple boards such as Thresholds and Boxing Out Negativity, Harris is committed to fostering community development and engagement.
