Lauren Brown, MSW, LSW, QMHP, has an extensive background in social work and case management, with experience in various roles supporting youth and families. Lauren served as a Social-Emotional Learning Instructor at Gary Comer College Prep, where responsibilities included delivering SEL curriculum and providing crisis intervention for high school students. At Thresholds, Lauren managed a caseload as a DCFS Case Manager, focusing on individualized care plans and transition support for parenting youth. Prior experience includes working as a Care Management Navigator III at Rush University Medical Center, where Lauren developed care plans targeting Social Determinants of Health and collaborated with interdisciplinary teams.
