Miriam Beyer

Miriam Beyer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who currently serves as the Team Leader at Thresholds, where they oversee clinical supervision and manage caseloads for over 100 clients. With prior experience as the Director of Central Access for Thresholds, Miriam developed a centralized intake system across more than 50 program sites. They have held various positions, including Grants and Communications Manager at Vital Bridges and Therapist at RISE Children's Center of the YWCA, where they provided therapy to victims of sexual assault. Having earned a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Chicago, Miriam's professional focus emphasizes collaboration between micro- and macro-level systems to support individuals with severe mental illness.
