Mitchell Howard

Mitchell Howard is an experienced outreach worker currently employed at Thresholds since March 2023. Prior to this role, Mitchell served as an intervention specialist at Meigs Local School District, managing a caseload of students with intellectual disabilities and behavior disorders, and advocating for trauma-informed teaching practices. Additional experience includes working as a nanny and house manager, an assistant pre-K teacher, a barista at Starbucks, and various leadership roles at Ohio University, where Mitchell supported first-generation students and fostered inclusive community engagement. Mitchell holds a degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Ohio University, specializing in audiology and speech-language pathology.
