Sara Martin

Sara Martin has extensive experience in mental health and human services, currently serving as a Clinical Authorization Specialist and Team Leader at Thresholds since August 2017. In this role, Sara has adeptly led a team while managing a caseload of up to 75 clients, focusing on crisis management and enhancing outcomes through motivational interviewing and case management. Prior to this position, Sara held roles such as PsychoSocial Rehabilitation Services Coordinator at River View Rehab and Case Management Intern at HSHS St. Mary's Hospital. Educationally, Sara earned a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services from Millikin University and studied at Intercultura Costa Rica in 2012.
