Sherin Khan

Sherin Khan, LCSW, is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in workforce development and organizational improvement, currently serving as the Vice President of Operations and Strategy at Thresholds since May 2012. In this role, Sherin oversees strategic initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and organizational efficiency. Previous positions include Senior Director of Workforce and Organizational Development, Director of Workforce Development, and Director of Implementation and Initiatives, showcasing expertise in training, project management, and data analysis. In addition to a significant role at Thresholds, Sherin is a Clinical Expert Team Member for the American Psychiatric Association (SMI Adviser) and serves as the President of the Board of Directors for Women Unite!, demonstrating a commitment to clinical excellence and community impact. Education includes a Master of Social Work from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor of Business Administration from American University.
