Will S. Marshall

Will S. Marshall is an accomplished entrepreneur and product manager with extensive experience in sustainability, project management, and business development. As the founder of Bright Sustainability, Will focuses on helping SMEs navigate sustainability challenges with an AI-assisted management platform. Concurrently, Will serves as a product manager at Umii and Thrift®, and as the founder of Orderwave, addressing purchase management for SMEs. Previously, Will held a senior management role at One House Group, overseeing business systems and strategies for sustainability. Other ventures include founding 100X Productivity and Paprika Design, as well as leadership roles in STEMNET and CAOKS. Will holds a Master’s degree in General Engineering with New and Renewable Energy Engineering from Durham University.
