Thomas Oatman

Thomas Oatman is a seasoned software developer with extensive experience in design, development, and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Developer at Mertech Data Systems, Inc., since 2005, Thomas focuses on the BTR2SQL product. In addition, Thomas has been involved with Thriftly.io since October 2016 in Configuration Management and has worked as a Contract Programmer specializing in Btrieve at SoftBatch Software since September 2005. Thomas’s previous role as a Senior Software Engineer at Pervasive Software involved maintaining and developing product installations, improving globalization efforts for international markets, and enhancing customer support tools. Earlier experience includes business ownership at SoftBatch, technical support at Unisys, and inventory software design at Dell. Thomas holds a degree from The University of Texas at Austin, obtained between 1988 and 1992.
