As part of the Corporate and Commercial team in Swindon, Conor helps the clients deal with a wide range of matters. From company restructure and reorganisation to acquisitions and disposals, he puts the legal processes in place to ensure smooth transitions and give stakeholders peace of mind. Conor also helps to arrange shareholder and investor agreements, as well as loan agreements, to ensure the clients build robust foundations for new commercial relationships.
