Matthew has over 20 years of experience as a residential property conveyancer (with no formal qualifications) and has been a valued member of Thrings' Residential Real Estate Team since 2007. He advises investment landlords both based in the UK and overseas and owner-occupiers of residential property and his understanding of his client's needs and practical and empathetic approach to transactions means that he is a trusted authority on all aspects of residential property transactions. His expertise includes sales, purchases, remortgaging, and short-term bridging facilities, in addition to site assembly and plot sales in connection with residential developments. Matthew also brings experience acting on behalf of landlords on matters including lease extensions and various supplemental licences and deeds.
