Prior to joining Thrings in 2019, Richie worked as a Costs Lawyer and Technical Specialist at Paragon Costs Solutions, focusing on legal costs claims and costs advocacy. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Liverpool and have completed multiple courses at the University of Law.
