THRIVE
THRIVE is on a mission to create positive pathways for athletes and to unlock the future of life after sport. THRIVE offers a comprehensive, AI-powered solution that is designed to prioritise athlete care, personal development and community, by personalising the support and resources athletes need to build a life alongside and beyond sport. By providing mentorship, career pathways, financial literacy resources and mental health support, THRIVE ensures that athletes have a softer landing, armed with the tools they need for a fulfilling transition. Crucially, THRIVE serves as an extension of a club’s legacy, offering them a platform through which they can address and counter the athlete welfare gap created by profit- driven boardroom dynamics. Rather than treating athletes as assets, THRIVE emphasises their individuality and potential, giving clubs a way to support players holistically, as whole people, not just on-field performers.
