Cindy Deuser

Cindy Deuser is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and operations. From July 2020 to February 2023, Cindy served as Vice President of People Operations at Thrive Internet Marketing Agency, leading HR strategy and operations. Prior to this role, Cindy held the position of Director of People Operations and Human Resources Manager at the same agency. Cindy's experience also includes serving as Human Resources Director at ClickSWITCH, where HR policies and procedures were directed, and offering consulting services as a Business Consultant at Deuser Consulting, LLC. Earlier in the career, Cindy worked at Target as Executive Team Leader of Softlines & Visual Merchandising and as Visual Merchandising Leader, and co-founded Lillians, LLC, serving as CEO for a decade.
