Favour Eze

Favour Eze, ACIPM, SPHRI™, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in people and culture management. Currently serving as the Head of People and Culture at Thrive Agric since September 2019, Favour is responsible for developing and executing the organization’s people and culture strategy. Prior to this role, Favour held significant positions such as Board Advisor for The Shift Africa Youths Initiative, managing project implementation and capacity development for over 200 youths, and Project Manager for Thrive Agric's WFP Acceleration Project. Favour's career also includes roles at Transport Services Limited as a Talent & Learning Advisor, and at Unilever, where responsibilities ranged from HR Business Partnering to providing executive assistance. Favour holds an MBA from the University of East London and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
