Thrive Canberra Mobile Health provides personalised, mobile allied health services across the Canberra region. We support both NDIS participants and older adults receiving Home Care Packages (HCPs), delivering care where it counts; in homes, aged care facilities, and the community.

Our experienced team specialises in geriatric, disability, rehabilitation and musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Our approach is goal-focused, evidence-based, and deeply collaborative.

We work closely with families, support coordinators, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless, tailored care for every client.
