Grace Ryu

Grace Ryu has extensive work experience in the Human Resources field. Grace began their career in 2007 as a Staffing Executive and Staff Accountant Consultant at Robert Half International. In 2009, they moved to Ajilon as a Finance Staffing Manager. In 2010, they joined Clarisonic as an HR. In 2014, they took on the role of HR Manager at Lancome, where they were responsible for recruitment and integration. In 2016, they moved to L'Oreal USA Luxe Division as Director of Human Resources. In 2018, they were promoted to AVP Human Resources at NYX Professional Makeup. In 2020, they were promoted again to Vice President Human Resources at L'Oréal. Most recently in 2022, they were promoted to VP People at Thrive Causemetics Inc.

Grace Ryu attended the University of Washington from 2002 to 2006 and earned a BA in Accounting and Information Systems.
