Lia Brown

Lia Brown is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community management and customer service. Currently serving as a Community Manager at Thrive Communities since September 2024, Lia previously held the position of Community Director at Sack Capitol Partners and worked at Equity Residential in various roles, including Delinquency Specialist, Eviction Specialist, Property Manager, Assistant Manager, and Leasing Consultant from March 2016 to July 2023. Earlier experience includes serving as a Guest Services Supervisor at Pacifica Hotels, an Entertainer for Sugarbabies Inc., and a Hostess at Legal Sea Foods. Lia began a career in music as a Vocalist with the USA Gospel Singers. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Music Business and Marketing from Berklee College of Music and Jazz Studies at Cornish College of the Arts.
