Our founder, Haley, understood the fear, confusion, and overwhelm business owners faced when their teams scattered and HR demands intensified overnight. With nearly a decade of HR leadership and compliance experience—spanning onboarding, acquisitions, employee relations, and organizational change—Haley saw the writing on the wall: small and mid-sized businesses needed real support, not just policies on paper.

After years of witnessing businesses struggle to balance internal operations, legal risk, and employee needs, we set out to build an HR partner that could do more!
