Blaize Bolton is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in digital performance and growth strategy. Currently serving as Vice President of Performance at Thrive Digital since September 2016, Blaize has held multiple leadership roles including Director of Growth and Director of Strategy, utilizing expertise in online advertising across various platforms. Prior to Thrive Digital, Blaize worked at Search Star Ltd. as an Account Manager and Senior Account Executive, managing comprehensive campaigns for diverse clients, including multinationals and start-ups. Additionally, experience at Global Radio as a Commercial Distribution Executive in radio advertising complements Blaize's extensive knowledge in client relationship management and campaign optimization. Blaize holds educational qualifications from Brunel University of London and Frome Community College.
