César Gamio

César Gamio is an experienced professional with a focus on workplace wellbeing and leadership development. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at IE Business School since April 2018, César delivers specialised programmes on personal and professional wellbeing. As a Workplace Wellbeing Consultant, International Speaker, and Executive Coach for Thrive Global since September 2016, César contributes to transforming work cultures to prioritise health and productivity. In addition, César founded and manages Dharma Centre for Wellbeing Ltd, aiming to assist companies in cultivating a culture of wellbeing while complying with legal responsibilities towards employees. With roles as a Senior Advisor at The Global Centre for Conscious Leadership and a notable background in various positions at Motorola Solutions and other organizations, César brings extensive experience in business development, strategy, and education. Educational qualifications include an Executive Coaching certification from The Performance Coach and a B.S.B.A in Business Management from the University of West Florida, among other credentials.
