Margalit Ward, CEC, is an accomplished leadership and executive coach with extensive experience in coaching, training, and organizational consultancy. Currently, Margalit serves as a Leadership & Executive Coach and Training Facilitator at Thrive Global, focusing on enhancing well-being and performance in alignment with the company's mission to combat stress and burnout. As the founder of Margalit Ward Coaching.Consulting.Training, Margalit offers executive and life coaching services, while also serving as a Senior Facilitator and Curriculum Designer at EduCare Foundation, where workshops are designed to empower students, parents, and educators. Additionally, Margalit co-founded Get Up Girl Professional Women's Coaching, which aims to help women realize their personal and professional visions. Margalit holds various degrees from the University of Santa Monica and has completed the ICF Certified Coaching Program through iPEC Coaching, along with an Associate of Arts in Merchandising and Marketing Communications from FIDM.
