Stacey Ward

Stacey A. Ward is the General Counsel of Thrive Global. Prior to joining Thrive, Stacey served as the General Counsel, Assistant Corporate Secretary, and the Data Protection Officer of Bridgeline Digital, a publicly traded SaaS company. Prior to joining Bridgeline, Stacey worked as in-house counsel specializing in securities, regulation, compliance, corporate governance, and enforcement at the Nasdaq and the Boston Stock Exchange. Preceding her experience at the exchanges, she worked as a civil litigation attorney at a boutique law firm in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Ms. Ward received her B.A. in Economics from Fordham University and her J.D. at the New England School of Law (n/k/a New England Law | Boston).
