Tom Dutta

Tom Dutta is the Founder, CEO, and Lead Trainer of KRE-AT®, a leadership development firm focused on growth-oriented entrepreneurs and professionals. As a professionally trained storyteller and public speaker, Tom A. Dutta has authored the #1 international bestseller "Way of the Quiet Warrior" and serves as a literary scout, assisting authors in finding suitable publishing options. In addition to being a distinguished member of Toastmasters International, Tom has received the Area Director of the Year award and serves as a DTM Distinguished Toastmaster. Tom is also a member of the Neuroplastician Advisory Board at the Institute of Organizational Neuroscience and is involved in various initiatives, including volunteer work with Kids Help Phone and contributions as a writer for Thrive Global. With a background in sales and marketing management, Tom is currently pursuing a Doctoral Degree in Transdisciplinary studies at Middlesex University.
