William (Bill) Donius is an accomplished author, speaker, and ideation facilitator with extensive experience in leadership and innovation. Currently serving as Adjunct Faculty at IMD, William is engaged in teaching the High Performance Leadership Program in Switzerland. As the author of "Thought Revolution," William provides a unique methodology for addressing complex business challenges through ideation sessions, drawing on experiences with Fortune 500 companies and global brands. In addition, William contributes to Thrive Global and The Huffington Post, serves on the Board of Trustees at Esalen Institute, and invests and mentors in various startups and real estate initiatives. William's educational background includes a Post Graduate Degree from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor's degree from Tulane University.
