Launched in 2018, the SRA-regulated law firm provides advice on the full range of employment law issues to employees, including TUPE; whistleblowing; consultancy agreements; unfair dismissal and constructive unfair dismissal; discrimination; settlement agreements; contracts of employment; and Employment Tribunals.

As a provider of HR support to employers, Thrive delivers a personalised, ongoing support service and is always on-hand to provide advice. The firm prepares bespoke correspondence and forms; reviews employment contracts and handbooks; provides employment law and knowledge updates; organises and delivers seminars and webinars; reports to and liaises with insurers; oversees pre-employment claim negotiations between the relevant parties; advises on redundancy programmes; and carries out stress risk assessments.

With its focus on ED&I, mental health, wellbeing and neurodiversity, Thrive serves as a close strategic consultant and assists with identifying objectives, achieving leadership and staff engagement, planning, execution, and measurement, all with the aim of enabling progressive organisations to creative a positive environment where people can prosper.
