Debbie Frearson has a strong background in customer success, digital development, learning and development, and retail management. From June 1998 to May 2005, Debbie worked at Zara UK as a General Manager and Management Training Lead UK. Following that, Debbie spent from May 2005 to September 2022 at Ted Baker, where Debbie held various titles such as General Manager - Multi Site and Global Digital Development Partner. Currently, Debbie is working at Thrive as a Customer Success Lead. In terms of education, Debbie holds a BSC (hons) Degree in Fashion Promotion Studies and History & Theory of Art from the University of Central Lancashire, as well as certifications in Mental Health First Aid and Performance Coaching from Newcastle College.
