Josh Devanny has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Josh was the Chief Sales Officer at THRIVE, a workplace learning and communications solutions company, where they worked with over 350+ customers globally. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Sales at THRIVE, helping the company grow its customer base significantly, working with notable clients such as Financial Times, Coca-Cola European Partners, and Siemens, among others. Before their time at THRIVE, Josh was with Fuse Universal, a learning and communications platform, where they held various roles including Global Sales Director, Head of Sales for North America, Sales Director, and Account Executive. In their roles at Fuse Universal, they helped establish the company's US operations and signed up prominent customers like Dropbox and Omnicom. Additionally, Josh has experience with Virtual College Ltd., where they worked in business development and as a senior account manager, focusing on winning new business and managing key accounts.

From 2009 to 2011, Josh Devanny attended the University of Bradford School of Management. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business & Management Studies.
