Josh Gardner

Josh Gardner is an experienced Cloud Architect currently employed at Thrive since July 2022, with prior roles including Cloud Infrastructure Engineer. Before joining Thrive, Josh worked at Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance Europe from January 2020 to July 2022 as a Cloud Platform Engineer, where responsibilities included building, deploying, and maintaining public cloud resources through Infrastructure as Code, as well as automating platform installation and configuration. Josh served as a DevOps Engineer at DXC Technology from January 2017 to January 2020, focusing on automating the deployment and configuration of data centers using tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, PowerShell, Python, and VMware. Earlier experience includes a role as a Cloud Environment Support Analyst at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, collaborating with Accenture and IBM on a large DWP project. Josh holds a Bachelor's degree in BSc Hons Computer Games Design & Production from Northumbria University and completed the DevAcademy Fast Track Programme in Information Technology at Newcastle College.
