Tom Spence

Tom Spence is an experienced product and data leader currently serving as the Head of Product and Data at Thrive since July 2025. Prior to this role, Tom held the position of Product Director at the Bank of London from May 2024 to July 2025, and was a Product Leader at 10x Banking for a brief period from October 2023 to April 2024. Tom's previous experience includes serving as Product Director at Tractive from August 2022 to October 2023 and as Chief Product Officer at Honcho Markets Ltd from June 2018 to July 2022. Tom's academic background includes a BSc (Hons) in Business Economics and Finance from Loughborough University, completed in July 2011, and A-Levels and GCSEs from Friary High School.
