Justice Conder is currently the Head of Growth at Thrive Protocol, where they focus on building and scaling innovative infrastructure for founders in the blockchain space. Previously, Justice served as a Lead Program Agilist at UPMC Enterprises, managing a large engineering team and implementing strategies for cross-functional collaboration. They also co-founded q/acc, a protocol that integrated quadratic funding with bonding curves. With a solid background in software engineering and governance, Justice has worked in various roles, including as a Blockchain Consultant and Product Lead.
