Michael Henry

Michael Henry is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in transformation and innovation within the technology sector. Currently serving as Senior Director at UL Solutions since 2006, Michael has led strategic planning initiatives across cybersecurity, IT, and digital functions, impacting over 4,000 employees in 300 countries with a portfolio exceeding $100 million. Previous roles include significant contributions as a Senior Director and Digital Innovations Director, where Michael secured substantial capital funding and developed impactful technology strategies. Michael co-founded Eidosmed LLC, successfully navigating regulatory challenges for medical devices, and continues to provide strategic insight as a board member for EDGe Surgical, Inc. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University and completed the MIT Technical and Operations Leaders Program at MIT Sloan School of Management.
