Stephen Miller has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Stephen started their career in 2000 as a Senior Information Systems Analyst at GlaxoSmithKline. Stephen then worked at Comcast as an Innovation Engineer from 2004 to 2007, and later became a Product Manager for XFINITY websites from 2007 to 2012. Miller then joined Bookish.com as a Senior Director of Product Management from 2012 to 2013. Stephen worked at Anthropologie as a Senior Digital Product Manager for eCommerce-Omnichannel from 2013 to 2017.

From 2017 to 2018, Miller worked at Comcast Cable as a Director of Product Management & Customer Experience. Stephen then joined The Philadelphia Inquirer as the Director of Product Management and Customer Experience from 2018 to 2020. During their time at The Philadelphia Inquirer, they led the digital transformation and successfully completed a technical SEO overhaul.

In 2020, Miller worked as the Vice President of Digital Production at Glenn Kaino Studios. Stephen then joined Recovery Centers of America in 2021 as the Head of Digital Experience, where they were responsible for the telemedicine roadmap and product design. Currently, Miller is the Vice President of Product Management at Thrive TRM, starting in November 2021.

Stephen Miller earned their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Villanova University, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Behavioral Neuroscience at the University of Richmond from 1997 to 1999. In addition to their academic achievements, Miller also obtained a certification in Pragmatic Marketing from Pragmatic Marketing in April 2012.
