Erin Tolbert

Erin Tolbert is the Founder and Owner of Lease615, a company that develops, leases, and manages residential and commercial properties in Nashville, TN, since May 2019. In addition to this role, Erin Tolbert has been a Board Member and Founder/CEO of ThriveAP, which focuses on transition to practice programs for advanced practice providers, since February 2012. Previously, Erin Tolbert served as an Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner at Envision Healthcare from December 2010 to December 2020 and as an Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner at Tennessee Urgent Care Associates, LLC from October 2008 to December 2010. Erin Tolbert holds a Master of Nursing degree as a Nurse Practitioner and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular and Cellular Biology, both from Vanderbilt University.
