Haley Forti

Haley Forti, MS, ACSM-CEP, is currently the Program Coordinator at ThriveAP, where responsibilities include managing provider onboarding and supporting the development and success of the Transition to Practice Educational Solution. Previously, Haley served as the Manager of Program Coordination at Movn Health, overseeing a team of patient recruiters and the enrollment process for a nationwide virtual cardiac rehabilitation program. Additional experience includes roles at UPMC, where Haley progressed from a Rehabilitation Aide to Lead and Program Coordinator, providing direct patient care in an outpatient physical therapy clinic. Earlier work as a Cardiac Rehabilitation Intern at Allegheny Health Network involved patient exercise prescription and health monitoring. Haley holds a Master’s Degree in Human Performance (Clinical Cognate) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Liberty University.
