Jane Kapustin, PhD, CRNP, FAANP, FAAN, serves as a Clinical Faculty member at ThriveAP since March 2021 and is a Nurse Practitioner specializing in diabetes at Riverside Medical since March 2019. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Clinical Science Liaison at AstraZeneca from November 2014 to March 2019 and Nurse Practitioner at the University of Maryland Center for Diabetes and Endocrinology from July 2006 to November 2014, managing complex patients with both types 1 and 2 diabetes. Additionally, Jane Kapustin was Assistant Dean and Professor at the University of Maryland School of Nursing from August 2000 to November 2014. Academic qualifications include a BSN from Towson University, an MS in Nursing from the University of Maryland Baltimore, and a PhD in Public Policy from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Jane Kapustin is certified in Advanced Diabetes Management (BC-ADM).
