At Ohio University, Caroline served as a College of Fine Arts Learning Community Leader, where responsibilities included facilitating lectures and organizing events to enhance student engagement. As a Guitar Instructor at Athens Community Music School, lesson planning for various students was key, along with collaboration with colleagues to track progress. Caroline gained therapeutic experience at The Music Settlement as a Clinical Music Therapist, developing treatment plans and conducting music therapy sessions for diverse populations.
